Eating the good of the Land

The book is spectacular and captures the dilemma of the 21st century christian. In a world now firmly in the information and data era, logic and reason seem to be the bedrock on which all decisions are made. The space for faith and trust in God to guide our decisions is fast diminishing and hence even mature Christians are being entangled in this information/disinformation web. The book is a wake up call that despite the fact that there are many voices that have deafened the voice of God, one can still choose to silence them so as to hear the still small voice. Its wonderful how the book enlightens on the practical ways that we can follow to understand the will of God and to follow it. Finally the book further addresses one of the challenges that is suffocating the 21st century Christian; materialism. We are the generation that is running after the "blessings" and forgetting the giver of the blessings. The book is a wake up call on how not only to be blessed but enjoy the blessing.
